Our company was created for the purpose of matching a Licensed New York Real Estate Agent (Broker) with prospective buyers before they begin to shop for and bid on apartments in NY. Our approach is rooted in the recognition of the following: 

1.) Most people believe they will save money by shopping for apartments in NY on their own, but they are in reality looking at New York apartments that are advertised by a New York Real Estate Agent hired by, and loyal to the Seller. 

2.) Most people do not realize that it costs absolutely nothing to shop with a "Buyer's" New York Real Estate Agent. 

3.) A Seller's Real Estate Broker will do very little to educate a buyer about New York apartment values. It is their goal to convince buyers that the New York apartments they represent are priced fairly. 

4.) Most New York apartment Buyers do not realize that Seller's Real Estate Agents are paid by the sellers to advertise and market their New York apartments, to ultimately sell them for as much money as possible.

It is the goal of a Buyer's New York Real Estate Agent to educate buyers so they can assess the true worth of New York apartment values, bid effectively, and ultimately save as much money as possible.
